Well, here we are. I have been so busy lately. I recently got a promotion at work. I was named the Sponsorship and Events Manager at OPBUCO Communications Group. My boss, Kelly, quit the paper after 18 years to stay home and work on a new business opportunity. Bad news for me because I will miss her. Good news for me because I now have her job. She has been training me for about four weeks. I hope I have learned a lot. But, I think I still have a lot to know. Anyway, I'm excited about the opportunity and can't wait to see where it will lead me. Thanks, Kelly.

Weak, really weak. How about...
"I've been working my you know what off for the past 6 months and asked my boss every day, when are you leaving? And she finally did after I planted mice in her office" BUT I GOT THE JOB!!!!
